Shatika Phillips, RN-BSN

Shatika is Green Hills’s Unit Manager. She is a native Nashvillian, has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and is a registered nurse. She also has a BS in Sociology from Tennessee State University and a BSN from East Tennessee State Universities. Shatika has a comprehensive background in nursing and leadership, which includes such areas as: Corrections, IDD, Med-Surg and LTC. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with patients and residents, each day. She has been in healthcare for 13 years. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, reading, going to the gym, and spending time with her family.
