LaTrice Lewis-Selmon, CDM, CFPP
Director of Dietary Services
LaTrice is a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) who serves as the Director of Food & Nutrition at Green Hills Center. She graduated from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Elizabethton with a Certificate in Dietary Management and earned her CDM and CFPP credentials after passing her state board exams. After serving at our sister community, Quality Center, LaTrice joined the Green Hills team, where she and her staff are dedicated to providing residents with nutritious, high-quality meals and an exceptional dining experience. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, she has a passion for Southern cooking and BBQ, bringing warmth and hospitality to every meal she serves.
